Although we are all in demands to use and perform with so many new technologies for various reasons or excuses, let s not forget what it’s all about : cooking !
We certainly agreed that we are also in this business to make profit for the person or company employing us, but beyond this necessity, a chef’s reward is to provide true quality and innovating food dishes at the best value to his customers.
Our industry has changed and will be even more in a near future, as a chef, I understand that the habits of eating better healthy foods is a must, innovating cooking technology are coming out constantly, but let’s not forget that the ways of cooking are still pretty much the same.
Someone can now order any type of food thru internet or the latest room service keyboard, but behind all this, there is some chefs in a kitchen performing from an industrial catering, free standing restaurant or a 5 star hotel.
A chef is an Artisan !
